most foreign trade companies in hangzhou have resumed operations after a lengthy break caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

4,106 out of 4,226 companies with an annual export trade volume of $1 million or more had also resumed operations.

the jianggan commerce bureau is also planning to offer subsidies to alleviate financial burdens on foreign trade companies.
the hangzhou comprehensive bonded area also set up special windows to deal with the customs clearance of medical preventative supplies.
