the exhibition consists of three parts and showcases ancient embroidery masterpieces, hangzhou embroidery craftsmanship, and over 110 exquisite embroidery works created by jin and her students over the years.
for 40 years, jin has dedicated herself to the collection, research, creation, and preservation of traditional hangzhou embroidery techniques, trying to blend traditional needlework with modern creativity.

jin said she already had experience with several small pieces before creating hidden realm of lotus flowers, which took her a year to design and three years to embroider.
discussing her approach to creating colorful pottery king, crafted using hemp rope, jin said, "there are many types of embroidery, but different materials and processing methods can significantly change the presentation of the work. my initial intention was to enhance the decorative aspect, aligning more with modern aesthetics and making it appeal to more young people."
